Werner Liebscher founded the agency in 1955, just after moving to Jena with his young family. With profound passion for typography and creation he served clients such as Zeiss and Wartburg, and this laid the foundation of focusing on brand building. At that time it was often a challenge to even procure quality paper and other essential materials. This is where our spirit of implementing creative approaches to finding customer-benefiting solutions comes from.


After the sudden passing of Werner Liebscher, his responsible daughter Barbara Fröbe-Höntzsch took over the business and managed to develop the strong regionally rooted agency Germany-wide. Her charming personality and strong decision making ability helps our team as a role model for maintaining confident business relations and guides us through another world-changing process: digitalization of marketing.


Third-generation leader Nadine Reinhold evolves LIEBSCHER with inexhaustible passion and far-sighted vision to becoming the reliable partner in facing digitizing distribution trends that many companies are in need of for their growth. Having a strong professional background in design and creative conception, she is the backbone in giving a boost to our clients´ marketing and sales activities and strikes for measurable success.
